Under the Large Aircraft Security Program, the US Government will have to search your plane before every flight. The TSA will know how often you fly, where you fly, and who goes with you. And yes you have to pay for it. $50 a flight.

What’s The Problem?
If you happen to own an aircraft over 12,500 lbs the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) under the Large Aircraft Security Program will seek to enhance "the security of general aviation by expanding the scope of current requirements and by adding new requirements for certain large aircraft (over 12,500 lbs) operators and airports serving those aircraft."
If passed the TSA will require you, the pilot, or any other pilot's you have that fly your personal aircraft have a five year background check with finger prints done on them. And for the good news: you have to pay for it.
